International Privacy Policy Template for IAA and IAP

1. Template Scope

This template is intended as a baseline privacy-policy clause set for apps, mini games, and interactive products promoted across international digital channels. It should be tailored to your actual product behavior, data flows, SDK stack, and target jurisdictions.

2. Standard Clauses for IAA

If your product uses in-app advertising, the privacy policy should clearly disclose the following points:

• The categories of identifiers, device information, and behavioral events used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention
• The use of third-party advertising networks, attribution providers, or analytics SDKs that may process personal information
• In jurisdictions where required by law, whether consent management, opt-out mechanisms, or regionalized advertising personalization controls have been provided to users
• How advertising partners process information related to impression counting, campaign effectiveness evaluation, and revenue settlement
• A clear statement that users can manage permissions or advertising preferences through device settings or designated in-app controls

3. Standard Clauses for IAP

If your product provides in-app purchases, the privacy policy and related consumer notices should cover these points:

• The categories of transaction records, order identifiers, and payment-confirmation data used to complete and verify purchases
• A statement that payment processing is handled by the relevant app store, payment platform, or authorized distribution channel
• How purchase data is used for entitlement fulfillment, anti-fraud review, customer support, financial accounting, and legal compliance
• The rules applicable to subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, virtual items, consumables, and non-refundable digital purchases where relevant
• Instructions for users on how to request support, restore purchase records, or contact operators regarding billing disputes

4. Platform and Regional Compliance Reminder

When using this template, product operators should also review platform-specific rules and local legal requirements, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, Japan APPI, and any app-store disclosure obligations. Promotional materials, landing pages, and in-product notices should remain consistent with the final published policy.
